Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management on up to 4-5 projects at any one time
- Developing each project programme to suit the client timescales and the feasibility of all trades and project requirements
- Ensuring Projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Work as a key member of the project team with our Contracts Director and Commercial Manager
- Take responsibility for the site management team and monitoring their activities
- Work as a key member of the project team direct with our clients, meeting them on a regular basis. Handling queries of any nature once the project is live and providing a ‘can do’ approach at all times
- Chair supply chain coordination meetings on site
- Attending pre start meetings and contract meetings as and when required, providing bespoke project reports and updated programmes
- Oversee a full project handover, this includes site walk around, O&M manuals and Completion certification to ensure the clients full brief is met.
Experience
We need you to be:
- Experienced in refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 - £2m
- Have 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting with existing and new clients on a face to face basis
- A proven track record of how to achieve client satisfaction and project success
