Zoe controls our payroll and finance systems, working closely with the whole team and company directors. 

With a very positive and friendly nature Zoe is a perfect fit for the team.

When Zoe isn't unravelling complicated spreadsheets she is busy exploring the outdoors with her family.

Lisa has been completing the accounts within construction for over 25 years. She has all the knowledge required to ensure the smooth running of accounts, along with Claire. 

Lisa is the twin sister of Claire (and yes they are identical) 

Claire has been in Accounts for 10 years. 

Before Duke's Claire worked for a large national construction company for nearly 22 years. 

Claire is the twin sister of Lisa (and yes they are identical!) 

Steve is our Contracts and Health and Safety Director.

Steve has been in Construction for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience in ensuring all of our projects are ran successfully.

Steve can be found on the golf course at the weekend trying to improve his swing...

Jon is our Commercial Director.

Starting his construction journey with a large national construction company, Jon joined Dukes to impart his Estimating and QS knowledge. Soon after taking directorship within the company. 

Jon is keen on his sport and, in his words tries to play golf...mainly very badly!

Steve has been with Dukes for over 25 years. Starting life out on the sites, quickly moving to site management it's no wonder that Steve brings this particle knowledge into his role as Contracts Manager. 

Steve is excellent at communicating with our clients and site teams and he has successfully led our Santander Framework for over 10 years. 

Steve is an avid football fan, supporting West Ham and Bath City. 

Paul has been with Duke's for over 15 years, he started on the tools with us but quickly developed into an excellent Contracts Manager. 

Paul has been in construction for over 40 years. This experience means Paul knows how to solve all manner of problems that can sometimes arise on site. 

Paul is a Bristol City fan and plays golf to improve his 22 handicap. 

Our experienced Senior Estimator, 

Mike has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, he has experience in both Residential, Commercial projects and specialises in Healthcare.

Mike is a 'petrol head' and can be seen riding around on his Kawasaki.

Ross splits his time between Estimation and Quantity Surveying.  

Experienced in Commercial environments, Healthcare and Retail.  

Like many others at Duke, Ross can be found walking the fairways at weekend.  

Pat has recently re-joined CW Duke after being away for about a year. 

Pat is an experienced QS, he works closely with our clients to ensure their projects achieve success but also controls the cost to meet their requirements. 

Pat is a father to 2 twin girls who keep him very busy.  

Richard is our Senior Quantity Surveyor .

Richard has many years experience within the  refurbishment and fit out schemes, across all of the sectors we cover. He is someone who leads by example and ensures his projects exceed the clients expectations. 

Richard an avid Nottingham Forest supporter and golfer.

Heralding from a family of Architects, Builders and Surveyors served time for corporate and independen agencies understands all the components that make the built environment and ensuring lasting client relationships.

Gary has been with Duke's just over 2 years. 

He has helped deliver many of our Santander refurbishments. Gary has excellent communication skills and is an excellent Site Supervisor. 

Gary is a keen Rugby fan and can often been seen cycling to site. 

Winston brings over 30 years of experience in the industry. Originating from a trades background of carpentry and joinery, committed to the highest standards, quality, health, and safety when working in active or live sites.

An experienced Site Manager who has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. My focus on site is maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all site staff and visitors, keeping a keen eye on quality and managing the successful delivery of the project.

Gaz has been with CW Duke for 15 years. 

Being a qualified carpenter he works with our Site Managers to ensure all our carpentry, joinery and fixing quality is achieved on site. 

Along with this Gaz is also one of our qualified site supervision having achieved his SSSTS.

A trained carpenter with SSSTS, Wilson provides site manegment  to the trades and operatives in superviory and operational role. 

Wilson is commited and focused on safety and ensuring client delivery  

Kei is an established operative within the team concentrating on building fabric such as brick and block work and specialist renders. A very keen advocate of a clean and tidy site.  

Having completed his Level 2 site carpentry now commencing  his  Level 3 training. Niall has grown in confidence and skill and we look forward to his progression.

Our newest Level 2 Carpentry Apprentice, Alfie Doherty has shown he's a fast yet sensible  learner with great basic knowedge of construction.
